Once in the Instagram app, click add to begin posting your Reel
Select Your Video
Swipe up to add your video from the camera roll
Paste Your Caption
Your caption is copied automatically, simply paste it by double-tapping on the caption section
Upload Your Cover Photo
On the cover photo screen, click 'Add from Camera Roll' to select your cover image
